It’s been a challenging year…There’s no question the last year has been a challenging year for everyone, including business operators, and we can all only hope that the coming months will bring some much needed respite and resolution to this time of uncertainty.
Like so many others, our business has had to react and adapt to the challenges wrought by the pandemic, but I like to think that our company has successfully met and responded to this adversity.
We have struggled at times, but we have also been more fortunate than others, who haven’t been able to overcome the acute challenges presented by the pandemic.
Throughout the last 12 plus months, though, I have gained an even greater appreciation for the relationships that King Bros. Limited shares with our clients. Our philosophy has always been to put the client first, and to put honesty, integrity, and dedicated service ahead of profits.
The relationships we share with our clients are stronger now than ever as we recognize the need to support one another to the fullest. As a Customs Broker with 30 years’ experience, I have a greater appreciation of the value of our clients and the business that we share. Moving forward we will continue to nurture this philosophy and will continue to improve our efforts in building and maintaining these and future relationships.
I look forward to the months and years ahead with optimism and a renewed enthusiasm for the role we play in supporting our clients’ import and logistics needs, and in building strong and successful business relationships that benefit all.
As our company continues to evolve through our second century of operation, I am proud to say that King Bros. Limited is here to stay, and we will confidently embrace the challenges of a new normal.
